Styles Of Dance Offered
Parent & Me Sing, Tap, Princess Ballet & Floor Tumbling
Your little dancer will sing nursery rhyme songs and be introduced to Tap, Ballet and Floor Tumbling. Parents also find that this class helps prepare children for preschool by working on listening skills such as following directions and waiting for their turn in line. Your little dancer will have fun with you exploring their creativity, while developing coordination and learning basic dance steps. Students will receive free dance shoe rental for tap and ballet shoes. Parents please dress comfortably.
Sing, Tap, Princess Ballet, Tumble
Ages 3-5 & 4-7
Your little dancer will be introduced to all styles of dance including tap, princess ballet and floor tumbling. Dancers will have fun exploring their creativity, while developing coordination, balance and rhythm while learning basic dance steps. Students will receive free dance shoe rental for tap & Ballet.
Ages 3-5 $ 4-7
Dancers will learn clasical ballet to disney princess music. Students will learn leaps, turns and fairy tale princess dances. Students ill receive free dance shoe rental for ballet shoes.
Tap / Jazz
Ages 4-7, 5-8, 9-13, 14-18
This class is a great introduction to rhythm, tempo, and musicality in Tap while building on skills and foundations of jazz Comination tap, jazz classes work on flexibility, and musicality.
High Energy Jazz / Hip Hop
Ages 3-5, 4-7, 8-13
Student will learn the latest dance moves to popular kids music. Dancers will learn stretching and across the floor routines. Dancers will receive free dance shoe rental.
Ages 4-7 & 7-10
Students will learn sommersaults, cartwheels, backbends, handstands and balance on a floor balance beam. Dancers will receive free dance shoe rental.
Ages 5-8, 9-13, 14-18
Ballet positions, technique, and exercises will be covered as dancers develop poise, grace, strength & confidence.
Ages 9-13, 14-18
Rhythm, timing, and agility will be a focal point during this class which builds coordination.
Stretch & Tone
Stretch and Tone is idea for all levels of exercisers looking to balance out their workouts with a low impact but challenging class, each class is a series of lengthening movements followed by a strength exercise to promote long lean muscle. Participants will develop flexibility and tone and build up their muscle endurance. Stretch and Tone will also teach proper form for stretching and strength exercises.
